DeAnna is an acclaimed and well sought after stylist. Her work has been featured several times in some of the industry's leading magazines, like Sophisticates Black Hair, Metro Styles, Blactress Magazine and others. She is among the leading competitors in this industry. Her skills are phenomenal and unending! DeAnna has been an accomplished stylist for more than 18 years. She specializes in Healthy Hair Care, Hair Repair and Certified Hair Replacement, and Advanced Weaving Techniques. Her most recent work being recognized, DeAnna was called to style celebrity, Sherri Shepherd of The View, while attending The Presidential Banquet in the District of Columbia this past May. And yet again, for the taping of “Sherri goes to her prom” in Chicago, Illinois. Originally from Buffalo, New York, DeAnna has been continuing her practice in the Maryland area since late1999. Previously owning and operating her own salon with the help of her mother as her Nail Technician and Educator, DeAnna established her own salon business as Coiffure Imagez and became well known for her short precision hair cuts and love and attention for healthy hair care. Combining Advance Hair Cutting skills with Hair Additions has been an asset to her business (Coiffure Imagez) as well as much needed services to her clientele in the MD/DC/VA/PA area. Her most acclaimed skill taught to her by Celebrity Stylist Lisha Coleman is the Malaysian Technique which was pivotal in her popularity and soaring business. Learning this technique has not only given her another weave technique, but has also allowed her to broaden her skills to other advanced weaving techniques. To this day DeAnna is still well known for her multiple Advanced Weaving Techniques and her precision cutting skills. DeAnna has married an array of techniques together to fit the needs of the average working woman. Her clientele includes Attorneys, Doctors, Principals, Commercial Realtors, and Company Executives, Professionals and many other hard-working residents and visitors in and around the DC/Metro area. Having a love for fashion and an eye for color, her skills have extended beyond hair. Make-up Artistry has been a passion of DeAnna's for years. She has taken classes with Derrick Rutledge, Sam Fine, and the incomparable Reggie Wells. |
