Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and other clients are not inconvenienced.
A non-refundable fee of $50 is required for all Weave consultations.

Cancellations
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 1 business day for any basic services. Coiffure Imagez requires 2 business days for cancellation for any Hair Addition/Weave services. Any and all deposits will be forfeited without 2 business day notice. No monies will be refunded for hair purchased by Coiffure Images for client.
* NOTE - All previously scheduled appointment needing to reschedule must be cancelled DIRECTLY with your stylist within the time frame allowed. Otherwise a fee will be incurred upon your arrival, or your deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions!

Additional Fees
NO –SHOW / SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS will incur an additional $25 fee being added to your next service. Please schedule your appointment accordingly.
A deposit of $100 is required by all clients in order to secure an appointment for all Hair Replacement and Weave Services. The remaining balance is due at the completion of your services. If you require weave removal, please advise your stylist during the consultation. (This requires additional time is considered an additional service)

Closed for all major holidays.

There will be an Additional fee of $150 for anyone requesting appointment on Sunday or Monday (off days), this fee will be added to your requested service.
*Anyone receiving a Hair Addition Service, decides to change out hair for reasons beyond the control of the stylist (hair texture, hair quality, requested cut, etc), will be charged the regular fee of service plus the cost of removal. No exceptions!

Payment
We apologize for any inconvenience, but checks are not accepted at this establishment. Coiffure Imagez accepts Cash, MasterCard, Visa and/or Debit Cards.

Children
Please be aware that Coiffure Imagez is an adult facility. While we gladly service children, we do not offer children’s prices. For their own safety and for the comfort of other clients, we asked that children not accompany you on your visit. If necessary, we ask that all children remain in the waiting area accompanied by an adult. Our clients expect and deserve a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere while they receive their service.

For Your Convenience
Coiffure Imagez does offer a complimentary trim (valued @$15) with the all Hair Addition Services. All other services are subject to additional fees. Coiffure Imagez also offers assistance in ordering 100% Remi Indian hair. Payment is required in full, plus the cost of the hair plus shipping and handling. If you decide to use this service, please take inconsideration delivery time when making your appointment. It is advised that you order your hair at least one week in advance.
